Seasonal Outdoor Training

Our outdoor classes run from May to October. Locations, dates and times will be posted on the website once the season starts. 

Start of the season focuses on building a solid structural foundation through strength and mobility to ensure an injury-free season. As the weeks progress we move into more cardio based drills.

With consistency and guided food choices/changes, which we will provide, these classes can help you successfully lose up to 30lbs and reduce inches all over!

Water

Sunglasses and/or Hat

Any of your own equipment (not needed if none)
